3. Prototype status & availability

Project Nebula is a video game currently under development, made available online in an early-access state for testing and feedback purposes only.

No guarantee is made regarding the game's future release, continued availability, or continuity of service. Development may be suspended or permanently stopped at any time, without prior notice. Game servers may be shut down at any time and without obligation to restore access.

4. Intellectual property

All original elements of Project Nebula — including but not limited to source code, 3D models, textures, sounds, music, visual design, user interface, and game mechanics — are the exclusive property of h4sh.club and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Certain assets used in the game are the property of third parties and remain subject to their respective licenses:

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of original elements, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.

5. Third-party services

Project Nebula may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Patreon — optional account linking to unlock supporter benefits. When you link your Patreon account, your Patreon user ID and membership tier are transmitted to our server. No other Patreon data is accessed or stored. To request unlinking your Patreon account, contact: bonjour@h4sh.club.

These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. h4sh.club is not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Additional integrations (e.g. itch.io) may be added in the future and will be reflected in this section.

6. User accounts

Creating an account requires an email address and a username. Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting: bonjour@h4sh.club.

In the event of a permanent shutdown, all user data will be deleted.

7. Personal data & GDPR

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), the following information is provided:

• Data collected: email address, username, game progression data.
• Purpose: account creation, authentication, and game functionality. Data is collected strictly for the operation of the service and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
• Storage: data is stored on the hosting server for the duration of the account's existence.
• Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact: bonjour@h4sh.club.

No cookies are used. Authentication tokens are stored exclusively in your browser's local storage and are not transmitted to third parties.

By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 15 years old, or that you have obtained parental authorization for the processing of your personal data.

8. Disclaimer

h4sh.club shall not be held liable for:

• Bugs, glitches, or unexpected behavior inherent to a prototype;
• Loss of game progression or account data;
• Service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned;
• Any damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

9. Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
